Very professional team supported our firework event. Richard ahead of the event was incredibly helpful. Fortunately, we did not need the services of a first aider on the night but it is reassuring to know they are there and fully equipped if needed. Thank you.

About this policy
This policy explains how BelvoirCare Ltd uses cookies and similar technologies (such as your
browser's local storage) on this website. Cookies and local storage are small pieces of data
saved on your device that help a website function and remember your choices.
How we use them
We keep things deliberately minimal. This website uses only essential and
functional storage. We do not use any analytics, tracking,
profiling or advertising cookies, and we do not share any of this information with third
parties for marketing.

We load fonts from Google Fonts

Managing cookies and storage
You can clear or block cookies and local storage at any time through your browser settings —

Accessibility
Last reviewed: September 2026
Conformance status: this website is built to meet the
Web Content Accessibility Guidelines (WCAG) 2.2 at Level AA.
Our commitment
BelvoirCare Ltd is committed to making this website usable by as many people as possible,
including people who use screen readers, magnification, speech input, a keyboard on its own,
or who need reduced motion or higher contrast. Accessibility is part of the same duty of care
we bring to the events we cover.
What we have done
Keyboard access — every control, link, carousel, form field and dialog can be reached and operated with a keyboard alone, with a clear, high-contrast focus outline that is never hidden behind the fixed header.
Screen readers — semantic headings and landmarks, meaningful alternative text on informative images, empty alternative text on decorative ones, labelled form fields, and error messages announced as they appear.
Contrast — all text meets at least 4.5:1 (3:1 for large text) against its background in both light and dark themes, and interactive borders, icons and focus indicators meet at least 3:1.
Motion — the photo and testimonial strips have a visible pause button, and every animation is switched off automatically if your device is set to reduce motion.
No dragging required — the carousels can be moved with the previous and next buttons at every screen size; swiping is optional.
Target sizes — buttons and links give at least a 24 by 24 pixel target, and the main actions are 44 pixels or larger.
Zoom and reflow — the page reflows to a single column and stays usable at 400% zoom or a 320 pixel-wide window, without horizontal scrolling.
Text spacing — content remains readable when you increase line height, letter spacing or word spacing in your browser.
Themes — light, dark and “follow my system” colour themes, all of which meet the same contrast standards.
Compatibility
This site is designed to work with current versions of Chrome, Edge, Firefox and Safari on
desktop and mobile, used with screen readers such as NVDA, JAWS, VoiceOver and TalkBack.
It should also work in older browsers, though some visual effects may be simplified.
Known limitations
Our accessibility work is based on our own testing with automated tools, keyboard-only navigation and screen readers. We have not yet commissioned an independent third-party audit.
Some links take you to external sites — for example Facebook, Instagram and WhatsApp — which we do not control and cannot guarantee the accessibility of.
Typefaces are served by Google Fonts. If those files fail to load, the site falls back to your system fonts, which changes the appearance but not the content.
The enquiry form opens your own email application rather than sending from the page, so the final step happens in software we do not control.
If something does not work for you
Please tell us — we would rather hear about a problem than leave it in place. Contact us at
events@belvoircare.com or call
07724 026520, and let us know the page or feature, what
you were trying to do, and the browser or assistive technology you were using. We aim to
respond within five working days.
You can also book event cover by phone, WhatsApp or email if the form is not workable for
you — every service on this site is available through those routes as well.
